Job Summary:As a Support Specialist for Major Accounts you will provide expert support and customer service for our national clients using a deep understanding of products and platforms. This role involves managing complex queries liaising with internal stakeholders and conducting thorough research to resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support to national clients regarding national and international products through phone and email.
- Conduct detailed research and liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
- Record analyze and escalate client issues ensuring thorough documentation and followup.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet and exceed customer service standards.
- Participate in major account projects including international searches and specialized client requests.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products services and client management techniques.
