Sales Development Representative Germany Remote (or London/Amsterdam Hybrid)

Your Role:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hadrian you play a crucial role in our expansion efforts by generating qualified meetings for Account Executives (AE) to attend. Youre responsible for booking meetings following up on marketing leads supporting marketing initiatives such as accountbased marketing and running outbound calling campaigns
Together with an Account Executive you will form a pod and will report directly to Tim Ager Head of Sales. Advancement opportunities include SDR team leadership and progression to Account Executive roles
What you will do:
- Responsible for generating a pipeline of new business via cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Execute outbound calling and multitouch campaigns and follow up on leads generated from marketing activities
- Schedule BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline) qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Utilize LinkedIn HubSpot and other sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and follow up on existing contacts
- Support marketing initiatives including accountbased marketing strategies
You are fit for this job because you:
- Speak fluently German
- Have experience in the cybersecurity field or with enterprise software like Elastic Datadog Snowflake
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an SDR role
- Strong qualification skills (BANT or similar)
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as SFDC or HubSpot
- Desire to engage prospects via telephone
- Ability to manage multitouch campaigns and execute outbound campaigns
- Demonstrate ambition and motivation to develop your career
- Proven track record of success as an SDR
