We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Tasks
- Order management with order entry and confirmation; planning of shipping process; appointment management based on planning and purchasing reports; if necessary creation of pro forma invoices.
- Coordination of the outstanding items and balances of the customer groups assigned to him.
- Processing of customer orders via customer portals.
- Purchasing and correspondence with our suppliers in the USA. Israel GB and FR.
- Fast and comprehensive answering of customer inquiries about the availability delivery and complaints of products also in English.
- Assumption of responsibility for any problems that arise guaranteeing their investigation and a prompt solution.
- Offer preparation.
- Coordinating returns in accordance with the established RMA process and arranging credit notes.
- Customer database and stocklist maintenance.
- Creation of a weekly report.
- General administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- completed training as a commercial clerk is desired
- MS Office productsbasic office intermediate level experience is required.
- Experience working with a ERP and CRM system
- English and German language (spoken and written)
- Ability to work on deadlines multitask prioritize effectively communicate strategic information effectively and contribute to maintaining control and growth of the business
