Project Manager Product Operations Manager

Recare is the technology partner for optimal discharge management. With its SoftwareasaService platform the company enables simple and efficient discharge and transition processes for patients in need of further care after their hospital stay. With the acquisition of Pflegeplatzmanager GmbH in the summer of 2023 the digital marketplace expands to include 700 acute care hospitals 650 rehabilitation clinics and 24000 additional service providers in the fields of nursing and medical supplies/homecare. Recare was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Berlin.

Tasks

How you will make an impact as a Project Manager / Product Operations Manager:

• You lead a multidisciplinary project comprising members from different Recare departments and external stakeholders; you coordinate the Recareinternal task force as well as meetings with external stakeholders and manage the project plan and related project risks.

• You create and maintain Recares project plan in line with the companys goals and strategy; the plan encompasses platform enhancements via new features and functionalities as well as customer and partner projects.

• You assist Recares Head of Product in roadmap maintenance capacity planning coordination and collaborate with product management and engineering on the estimation of individual roadmap elements.

• You successfully undertake product operations responsibilities and support product managers with:

     * The optimisation and documentation of existing processes as well as the  

  creation of new processes

     * The documentation and evaluation of customer feedback   * The coordination of customer feedback meetings user research sessions and  

  product demonstrations

     * The planning of product marketing activities and customer communication   * The design of release plans and definition of success metrics   * The organisation of AGILE ceremonies and other meetings

• You are working closely with business intelligence on the determination of baseline metrics and other data required for product development and business casing.

• You are highly customercentric when addressing the needs and problems of your external and internal customers.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer sciences business informatics natural sciences business or a similar discipline related to the described responsibilities ideally with a specialisation in project management.
• You have at least two years experience of managing AGILE or waterfall projects or an entire program; project management certification such as PRINCE2**** PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) or IPMA preferred.
• You have an excellent command of both English and German (C2 level) and are able to negotiate effortlessly in both languages.
• You are an experienced communicator and presenter and have a successful track record in chairing meetings and presenting outcomes.
• You have excellent analytical skills; experience with data analysis tools such as Metabase or Looker desired.
• You have experience with budget management capacity/resource planning and development of project plans with the help of project management software.
• You are a team player with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
• Understanding of software development and life cycle management desired.
