Responsibilities:
- Part of Credit Analytics responsible to drive campaign delivery of preapproved retail asset and SME/wholesale products.
- Engage with stakeholders for development and implementation of datadriven strategies
- Design & maintenance of response tracking measurement and comparison of success parameters of implemented campaigns.
- Provide analytical guidance on optimal utilization of available data with a combination of quantitative and qualitative approach to improve business volumes restricting delinquencies & reduce cost.
- Use of segmentation to enhance use of data and improve precision in customer profiling and ensuring offers are in line with customer profile.
- Expert at analysing complex data and being able to interpret reason and convert into convincing proposition for business teams.
- Good knowledge of current trends in the field of analytics.
- Create advance reports and dashboards and drive the recommendations to facilitate faster decision making.
- Ensure end to end governance on the campaign bases which includes policy changes UAT deployment documentation etc
- Manage audit related queries both internally and from the regulators.
- To mentor and provide guidance to the junior team members and to coach the senior members for future readiness.
- Basic understanding of the cloud environment like MS Azure to provide design thinking for job workflows that optimises and enables faster delivery of the campaigns.
- Any prior experience in Python SQL is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint and visualisation tools like Tableau & Power BI.
- Comfort in redefining frontiers and passion for doing cutting edge work for campaign effectiveness and efficacy.

Qualification PG / Grad from IIT only
