Requirements

• Possess 5 years of experience in VMware administration encompassing assessment design implementation capacity planning and maintenance.
  
• Preferred qualification: Current VMware Certified Professional (VCP) with VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) certification highly desirable.
  
• Proficiency in networking and storage technologies such as NSXT SAN vSAN NFS and SMB.
  
• Demonstrated working knowledge of REST API JSON and/or YAML.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor team members.
  

• Participate actively in the Deployment and Configuration of vSphere and VCF vSphere across six sites.
  
• Collaborate with Broadcom SMEs to solve complex problems for Broadcom VCF Deployment project.
  
• Maintain expertise in VMware products including vSphere vCenter NSX vROps vRA and Horizon View.
  
• Demonstrate expert skills in vSphere with extensive implementation experience.
  
• Proficient in vROps solution integration and virtualizing multiple operating systems.
  

• Actively participate in the Deployment and Configuration of NSXT for VCF across six sites.
  
• Contribute to planning design and implementation of VCF across target sites.
  
• Develop maintain and support networks in NSXT including security and firewall services.
  
• Demonstrate understanding of Cloud Infrastructure & Networking Network Security Tools and Networking Concepts.
  
• Knowledge of NSXT ALB (AVI) is highly desirable.
  

• Actively participate in the Deployment and Configuration of vSAN and Pure Storage for VCF across six sites.
  
• Execute deployment and configuration of VMware vSAN clusters following best practices.
  
• Optimize the performance of vSAN clusters and conduct capacity planning.
  
• Integrate vSAN with VMware vSphere and collaborate with other teams for seamless integration.
  
• Provide support for vSANrelated issues and participate in Maintenance Configuration and Optimization (MCO) activities.
  

• Design develop and maintain telemetry solutions using vRealize Operations Manager for infrastructure monitoring.
  
• Create insightful dashboards for monitoring and analyzing the performance and health of IT infrastructure.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective utilization of vRealize Operations Manager.
  
• Configure and deploy vRealize Operations Manager components define metrics policies and thresholds.
  

• Demonstrate knowledge across vRealize Operations Manager vRealize Network Insight and Log Insight.
  
• Configure and manage vRealize Operations Manager for infrastructure monitoring and performance analysis.
  
• Implement vRealize Network Insight for network visibility and security compliance.
  
• Deploy and manage Log Insight for centralized log management and incident response.
  

• Design implement and manage secure network infrastructures using VMware NSX and OKTA.
  
• Implement and manage Okta for identity and access management.
  
• Develop and enforce security policies ensure compliance and conduct security audits.
  
• Respond to security incidents troubleshoot issues and collaborate with other teams for resolution.
  
• Knowledge of NSX ATP is highly desirable.
  

• Create and revise highquality technical documents including manuals runbooks and playbooks.
  
• Develop architectural drawings and PowerPoint presentations.
  
• Collaborate with team members to understand documentation requirements.
  
• Possess excellent English writing skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  
• Basic familiarity with VMware or IaaS is highly desirable.
