Senior Technical Designer

• To develop conceptual design prepare and provide details drawing design documents & materials to Clients.
  
• Contribute to technical design reviews
  
• Producing and analysing detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in construction.
  
• To develop CAD drawing 3D Visual & 2D Drawing presentation board technical drawings from design stage until construction stage.
  
• To communicate and follow up with clients and suppliers
  
• Site visit to ensure project are develop according to the specification and requirement.
  
• To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  
• Required skill(s): Vray renderer 3D max Adobe Photoshop and Sketchup or relevant software.
  
• Must have Knowledge with 3D Autocad Revit & BIM
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  
• Excellent design and technical detailing skills and a keen eye for detail
  
• Strong knowledge and ability to undertake ongoing research of joinery furniture systems products finishes and materials
  
• Advantageous to have design experience in commercial mixeduse and residential projects
