Description:
Team Management
Supervising timekeeping attendance and punctuality.
Assigning and overseeing daily weekly and monthly tasks.
Providing guidance and assistance to Quality Control team members.
Monitoring the quality of QC processes.
Reporting on key performance indicators and statistics.
Quality Control
Reviewing escalations and disputes.
Conducting trend analysis for various companies.
Managing platform changes in the QC environment.
Generating reports.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Advanced Certificate
Minimum of 2 years of managerial/Team Leader experience.
Exposure to the Insurance Industry & Debt Review is advantageous.
Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Experience with Call Scoring software.
Team management skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal abilities.
Effective professional communication.
Experience with BYC AQUA.
