Job Title: NetSuite TechnoFunctional Lead
Job Location: Fremont CA (Hybrid 3days onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite TechnoFunctional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuites capabilities business processes and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

NetSuite Implementation:

• Lead endtoend NetSuite implementation projects ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Configure customize and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business processes.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical expertise in NetSuite customization scripting and integration.
• Lead development efforts to enhance NetSuite functionality and address unique business needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Functional Expertise:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Guide and advise stakeholders on how to leverage NetSuite to meet business objectives.

Data Migration and Integration:

• Oversee data migration processes ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into NetSuite.
• Develop and implement robust integration solutions to connect NetSuite with other business applications.

User Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issues and enhance user adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite TechnoFunctional Lead with a focus on successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite.
• Proficient in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and other NetSuite customization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.
• Experience with other ERP systems and integrations.
• Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology.
• Project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
