Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment.
- Source candidates through Job Portals like Naukri Internshala and Social Media Platforms.
- Screening the candidates based on Educational Qualification Communication skill and experience.
- Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview.
- Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan.
- Maintaining the database MIS and reports of the candidates.
- Must be involved in the joining process of the employee onboarding documentation and the post joining activities.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conduct employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA/ MBA or any equivalent degree
- Independent and selfstarter
- Positive and highly motivated and driven;
- Can do attitude
- Must be tech savvy
