Our client is a leading FMCG company in the GCC region. Looking to hire a Key Account ManagerHoreca based in Bahrain. Youll play a vital role in our clients organization by managing relationships with their key clients in the Horeca/ food service industry. Youll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction driving sales and maximizing profitability within the Horeca segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Horeca sector.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide tailored solutions and drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and address any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven 7 experience in key account management or sales within the Horeca industry.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets.
- Strong understanding of the Horeca industry market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
