Job Description

Looking for a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our growing team at LJA Associates LLP as a Remote Customer Service Representative. At LJA we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing topnotch support to our clients via phone email and online chat. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries concerns or issues and will work diligently to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Answering incoming customer calls emails and chats promptly and professionally
Identifying and assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations
Collaborating with various departments within the company to resolve complex customer issues
Maintaining indepth knowledge of company products services and policies to effectively assist customers
Accurately documenting all customer interactions and details in our CRM system
Identifying and escalating any potential issues or trends to management for further investigation
Proactively engaging in training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Adhering to company standards and procedures to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Maintaining a positive attitude and promoting a customercentric culture within the team

Qualifications:
12 years of experience in customer service preferably in a remote or call center environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a professional and friendly demeanor
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced and constantly changing environment
Proficient in using various computer programs including MS Office and CRM systems
High school diploma with some college education preferred
