The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. They work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure that the solutions delivered meet business needs and drive operational efficiency. The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business challenges and technology solutions contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Description
Expert in Process mining/discovery/requirement understanding Documentation & Testing.
Good Understanding of AA360 AA OCR document understanding SAP Automation and SQL DB Solutioning.
Sales Force Automation using connectors/REST APIs.
Knowledge of DeepL AA Copilot and Gen AI.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and process modeling.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in change management and business process reengineering.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio or Enterprise Architect.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Thorough understanding of business and industry trends.
