• Collaborate with various stakeholders to uncover training needs creating custom solutions that drive performance.
• Spearhead L&D initiatives focused on career development and leadership skills.
• Measure and enhance the impact of training incorporating feedback to refine learning strategies.
• Promote and nurture a culture of continuous learning and development within Anytime Fitness Asia.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in Learning & Development ideally in a regional capacity.
• Fluent in English and Malay with exceptional communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a talent for turning data into actionable learning strategies.
• A creative and adaptable approach to problemsolving and program design.
