Job Description
Positions Responsibilities:
- Perform all functions of tool fabrication, rework and repair, as required.
- Troubleshoot problems and develop plans to resolve production issues; including, rebuilding and repairing hydraulic and vacuum fixtures.
- Determine sequence of and coordinate tool fabrication work.
- Obtain appropriate tool drawings, specification documents and/or sketches, as required, using computing systems (e.g., Bold/Web, Online Planning system, CATIA) if drawings, sketches and/or documents are not with work order.
- Studies specifications such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts and molds.
