Job Description
This is a 100% remote Position but you still need to be located in Germany. Fullremote possible after initial period.
Tasks
TECHNOLOGY
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required including but not limited to Outlook Word Excel Teams PowerPoint and Visio.
Strong knowledge of network protocols technologies and topologies.
Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
Proficiency in network hardware and software configuration and management.
KNOWLEDGE
Computers and Electronics Knowledge of circuit boards processors chips electronic equipment and computer hardware and software including applications and programming.
English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.
Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Engineering and Technology Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles techniques procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Mathematics Knowledge of arithmetic algebra geometry calculus statistics and their applications.

Requirements
- Network Configuration and Maintenance: Design configure and maintain the organizations local area networks (LANs) wide area networks (WANs) and wireless networks. Monitor network performance identify bottlenecks or issues and implement solutions to optimize network operations. Install and maintain network equipment including routers switches firewalls and access points.
- Network Security: Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access data breaches and cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address network security risks. Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and IT teams for network related issues. Diagnose and resolve network problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions. Collaborate with thirdparty vendors and service providers to resolve complex network issues.
- Network Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor network performance and traffic patterns using network monitoring tools. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations protocols and procedures. Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track network performance and trends.
- Network Upgrades and Expansion: Plan and execute network upgrades expansions and migrations as required to meet business needs. - User Training and Education: Conduct user training and awareness programs on network best practices and security protocols. Assist in creating user guides and documentation for networkrelated tasks and procedures.
