Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on SMDBs, DBs, LV panels, lighting control systems, and associated electrical equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions and faults, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan and efficiency of electrical systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and testing components.
- Execute repair and replacement tasks for defective electrical components, wiring, and connections, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Test electrical circuits and equipment to verify proper functionality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and supervisors to prioritize workload and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and service schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and safety standards related to electrical maintenance.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems and equipment.
