Your role and key responsibilities:
Responsible for Dutchspeaking profiles in Belgium and The Netherlands while also providing assistance to other recruiters in an international context.
Work closely with our managers to define candidate profiles and organize the recruitment process in order to achieve the organization s overall goals and objectives.
Craft and execute innovative sourcing methodologies aimed at attracting toptier talent demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Identify source and screen suitable candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews by phone online and in person. Responsible for ATS update.
Organize and participate in recruitment events at universities and at our offices.
Coordinate with fellow recruiters hiring managers and other HR teams for a smooth recruitment process from sourcing till onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum of 25 years of total experience in recruitment preferably with engineering profiles.
Good knowledge of ATS platforms and experience with various recruitment tools.
Handson experience in the complete recruitment cycle.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
Flexible team player with an international mindset. Excellent organizational agility and effective time management. Multitasking and goaloriented attitude.
