Job Description
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including NVOCC partners, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other relevant entities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the NVOCC segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and enhance service delivery for NVOCC operations.
- Lead negotiations and contractual agreements with NVOCC partners to secure favorable terms and ensure alignment with business goals.
