Were looking for an experienced Head of People & Culture (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies to lead its people and operations strategies.
In your daytoday work youll focus on streamlining and nurturing the organisational culture ensuring it aligns with the companys values and business goals.

In this role youll:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Talent Acquisition People development & Operations Retention and Succession planning.
- Develop and implement initiatives that nurture a positive inclusive and dynamic workplace culture aligning with the companys core values to enhance employee engagement and support
- Lead the development and communication of People policies and procedures that support the organisations goals and comply with legal standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate people and culture strategies with the companys overall strategic planning and operational execution
- Manage People teams to enhance transparency facilitate effective information flow and build a sense of community among employees
- Leverage data analytics to inform People and Talent Acquisition (TA) decisions to optimise talent management processes enhance workforce planning and improve employee experience and outcomes through evidencebased strategies
Your Profile
- 58 years or more of experience in People Organisation with at least 3 years in a leadership role focussing on People topics culture and communications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organisational Psychology Business Administration or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful People strategies that align with business objectives
- Experience in change management and the ability to lead an organisation through growth and transformation
- Strong proficiency in German
Please note that were looking for support in the Aachen office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
