SPARK opened its first pilot location SPARK Plaza in Frankfurt am Main and is planning to expand throughout Germany Europe and the rest of the world. As we continue to elevate our standards we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy General Managerr to focus on the operational management of the first location.

The moment a guest steps into SPARK Plaza they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Deputy General Manager you will deliver excellence through managing all aspects of the daytoday operation. You will also create a premium atmosphere that makes our customers feel at home and keep SPARK Plaza running smoothly making sure that your team is working well and all our customers are safe and comfortable. With your experience and skills you will maximise financial returns drive development of people create and maintain a memorable customer experience execute brand standards and build awareness of SPARK in the local community

Tasks

Customer Experience:

• Responsible for achieving the highest levels of customer and tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome at any time actively engage with customers address complaints effectively and gather feedback to continually enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee office inquiries lead generation and customer retention strategies ensuring alignment with agreed policies and procedures.

Leadership:

• Ensure the team provides exceptional service professional attention and personal recognition.
• Lead develop and grow a dedicated team of office sales managers operations managers and other staff including reception and operations setting high standards in all aspects of location management.
• Manage daily staffing requirements assign tasks and set performance and development goals for team members.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee and improve operational processes to maintain high customer satisfaction levels during key periods such as the rampup phase of SPARK Plaza ensuring seamless operations without compromising on service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of both frontofhouse and backofhouse areas promptly addressing any issues. Supervise internal cleaning audits across 5500 square meters of event meeting and office spaces.
• Coordinate and manage the operations of multiple events ensuring all services are delivered to exceptional standards. Take full responsibility for all eventrelated facilities.
• Enforce all security measures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English both oral and written is a must other language skills would be beneficial;
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team to ensure a premium customer experience;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury service and customer experience;
• A proactive selfstarter with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands Sparks business model and strategic plans. Pragmatic and willing to roll up the sleeves in an entrepreneurial and lean environment;
• A naturally inquisitive mind with the desire to understand a business at a detailed level;
• An international perspective and approach to business;
• A natural communicator who will maintain a regular dialogue with key stakeholders; and
• Strong team skills ability to develop manage and run a team and work closely with the Group Management team.
