Scope of work • To provide, operate, and maintain “best practice‟ safety and security strategies and systems for NOC General Services division. • To provide safety and Security reporting and improvement of these safety and security systems. • To implement Safety and Security improvement initiatives, to achieve set goals in NOC HSEQ management system. • Monitor and managing contractor Activates to support the site/location-based specifically requirements • Provide support for Incident Management – Emergency Response, Reporting, Classification, Investigation & Closeout Assurance. • Work with our internal and external stakeholders and our contract partners to maintain an active contractor safety forum. • Will Lead the safety and security guards, for the whole NOC tower including QP offices. Job Dimensions • Reporting directly to the GS Head of safety and security. • Deputize the Head and Security in Liaising and Coordinating With HSEQ Department for Safety and Security aspects and requirements. • General Services Emergency management Team member. • Supervise a security team of 28 guards during the three shifts. Profile Required • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent with demonstrable recent successful, relevant experience in a similar role. • Demonstrable excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively even during times of pressure or emergency. • Good report writing skills. • The ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team in Health and Safety related job requirements. • Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written • Capable of working in an international and multicultural environment • Understanding of the Incident Investigation and Learning process. • Excellent computer skills including MS Office • Good knowledge of electronic reporting systems. • Degree (or direct equivalent, or relevant industry experience) in HSE and Security preferred. • Min. 5-8 years of relevant safety and security experience preferably in high rise buildings
