Job Description

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition processes within the organization. This role is vital in identifying and attracting top talent building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to learn and execute recruitment strategies participate in candidate engagement and contribute to the overall talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify potential candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates fit
  • Participate in employer branding activities to attract top talent
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and other recruiting events
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • Understanding of recruitment principles and best practices
