Project Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goaloriented Project Sales Executive in the Decorative Paint division to join our clients team and help them drive sales in the retail segment. Our client is one of the biggest productionscale models for building materials and construction systems in Indonesia. As a Project Sales Executive in the Decorative Paint division you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key business accounts in the Jabodetabek area.

Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients and key accounts within the assigned area.
• New Account Development: Develop new relationships with key accounts particularly in the lowrise sector which includes housing and governmentsubsidized housing projects.
• Presentation Skills: Deliver informative and engaging presentations to key accounts to showcase our decorative paint products.
• Event Participation: Attend relevant project events to promote our products and services.
• Sales Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure that sales targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from any major with a preference for candidates with a background in civil engineering.
• Possess more than 3 years of experience in a similar role within the building material or coating industry.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Capable of delivering clear and informative presentations to key accounts.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
