Job Description
- Supports in driving controls equipment standardization across all manufacturing processes in CAMACO.
- Develop standard documentation for control architecture for standard equipment (welding equipment, assembly equipment) to meet all the safety requirements and Camaco Standards.
- Develop guidelines to ensure common coding is used in our equipment.
- Update our guidelines and standards based on lessons learned and new technology availability.
- Provide daily support to plant operations supporting Corporate and plant specification goals.
- Plan and implement all controls related activities.
- Supports implementation and installation of new and rebuilt equipment.
- Continuous improvement of equipment and processes towards improving reliability and technology.
- Ensure that the process works safely and efficiently in accordance with the specifications.
- Plan preventive maintenance for the existing equipment.
- Coordinate with others to determine the problems and implement solutions.
- Maintains communication with work groups to assure proper implementation of projects.
- Responsible for IATF16949 documentation requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
