The Business Development Associate plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the organization. They are responsible for identifying creating and developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
- Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals that meet the companys strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends competition and potential opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively sell to clients.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of business growth strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Any field.
- Proven experience min 6 months in a business development sales or related role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good understanding of market research techniques and analysis.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
