Job Description

Overview:

The role of a Tele Sales Representative is crucial to our organization as they are responsible for contacting potential customers by telephone to convert leads into sales. They play a key role in driving revenue and contributing to the companys success. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
  • Utilize scripts to engage with individuals and generate interest
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each contact
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry developments
  • Meet daily and monthly call quotas to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer queries issues and complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication guidelines and best practices
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and record interactions
  • Provide feedback and input to improve sales and customer experience
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Participate in sales training and development programs
  • Contribute to a positive team environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and methods
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a positive mindset
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices
