Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Utilize scripts to engage with individuals and generate interest
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each contact
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry developments
- Meet daily and monthly call quotas to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer queries issues and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow communication guidelines and best practices
- Utilize CRM systems to track and record interactions
- Provide feedback and input to improve sales and customer experience

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Good understanding of sales techniques and methods
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
