Overview:
The Senior Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of the organization through strategic planning building key customer relationships and identifying business opportunities. This role is integral in fostering longterm partnerships expanding the customer base and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
- Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets
- Participate in sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Analyze and present sales performance and pipeline reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Contribute to the development of new business models and gotomarket strategies
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Support the development of sales training and mentoring programs
- Assist in the development of RFP responses and proposal writing
- Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to the development and execution of the companys growth strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in business development B2B sales or related field
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
