CTC: Up to 6.50 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Insurance Sales Achievement through Business Associates (BAs).
- Recruit and Train Business Associates: Develop and coach agents on a commission basis.
- Supervise Activity Plans: Ensure agents fulfill their activity plans as per desired levels.
- Weekly Performance Review (PRP): Conduct performance reviews with agents and update the Sales Management System.
- Promote Career Progression: Motivate agents to participate in career progression programs.
- Agent Portal & CRM Usage: Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for managing customer relationships and crossselling different products.
