As an Automation Test Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled automation testers to ensure the delivery of robust and efficient automation testing solutions. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define test strategies develop automation frameworks and drive the adoption of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation testers to plan design and execute automated test cases.
• Define and implement automation test strategies frameworks and tools.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure high team performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
• Monitor and analyze test results identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the automation testing team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team members performance against KPIs and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in automation testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Automation Test Lead or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium TestNG).
• Experience in leading and managing teams with a focus on driving team performance and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Certifications in automation testing (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) are a plus.
