This full time remote position provides a fantastic opportunity to be involved in recruitment and onboarding candidates for different clients and industries. As we continue to grow our team this position will create a unique opportunity for the right candidate to head key vertical of our Recruitment operation in Sri Lanka.
As the Assistant Manager Recruitment you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing screening and interviewing potential candidates. You will also be involved in coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full Recruitment cycle
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Must be familiar with recruitment tools such as ATS and Job boards.
