Job Description

Overview:

The Week End Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service during the busy weekend period. This position is responsible for managing the weekend sales team achieving sales targets and upholding the companys high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the weekend sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Oversee the weekend sales operations and ensure smooth daytoday running of the sales floor
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build customer loyalty
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue during the weekend
  • Train and coach sales team members to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for weekend sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute weekend promotions and events
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies as needed
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales environment
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethical standards
  • Prepare weekend sales reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make datadriven decisions
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
  • Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
  • Highly organized with good time management skills

  • Understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles
