Job Description
Overview:
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in business development sales or related field
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Strategic planning and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
