We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented individual to join our impressive Financial Services client as Procurement and Administration Officer.
The primary responsibilities of this role include executing administrative duties efficiently proposing process improvements coordinating with stakeholders managing procurement activities ensuring compliance with Group standards and providing support for general services tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Requirements
- Proactively execute all administrative duties in a timely and costeffective manner.
- Identify opportunities for process and execution improvements and propose them to the Benelux Head of General Services.
- Anticipate future duties and deadlines and coordinate with all stakeholders proactively including procurement duties for each department car fleet renewal contract renewals data privacy events etc.
- Ensure compliance with all Group standards and maintain effective coordination with NEUR/Group operations.
- Manage the procurement activity according to Group standards covering all departments within the company including travel policies and serving as the business owner of procurement for Operations.
- Maintain a high level of quality in all output and deliverables.
- Provide support for the General Services team including facilities tasks office management and onsite support as needed.
- Volunteer for first aid duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in procurement and/or general services. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and compliance standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with procurement software is desirable. Certification in procurement or administration is a plus. Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as required.
