1. Meeting top 20 clients on fort nightly basis and ensuring smooth functioning of the sites
2. Responsible for submission of MMR QBR R&R and review the same as per the client requirement.
3. Responsible for payment followup with Client & coordinating with Accounts Department
4. Monitoring the field officers Training officers and Training schedules/ reports are submitted to clients regularly.
5. Responsible for new sales and will be incentivized as per the policy.
6. Responsible for manpower deployment according to the site requirement
7. Give feedback to Head Operations regarding the activities at all the units
8. Supporting the Sales team for survey transition of new sites. Coordinate with vigilance team if any investigation and ensure first hand incident report is submitted with a TAT of 24hrs
9. Ensure the respective field officer to track the Invoices for submission to the client on timely manner and coordinate with client & internal department.
10. Responsible for overall attendance grooming hold salary and profitability of sites allocated.
11. Responsible for audit statutory compliance requirement of sites allocated.
12. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
