Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accuracy on overall MonthlyFinancial Reporting (Actual Budget Prior Year)providing management with relevant insight focused on variance analysis;
- Provide support to the local finance teamscontinuously improve theirMonthly Financial Reporting;
- Support the Budgeting Process for KW Sites and various Scenario Analysis;
- Provide detailed analysis costswith variance analysis versus Budget and Prior Year;
- Reviewing existing finance processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts;
- Support the Group consolidated financial reporting process such asreview of intercompany transactions closing balances and computation of consolidation adjustments;
- Assist during the Group audit process;
- Assist management in all adhoc analysis and presentations;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Romanian and English languages;
- Finance/Accounting degree required (ACCA would be a plus);
- minimum 5 years of experience in a middle/senior finance controlling and/or accounting role;
- Knowledge of RA principles;
- Prior experience within amultinational company or Big 4 is a plus;
- Accuracy and precision in all matters of presenting and reporting data;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fastpaced environment
- Strong Excel skills;
- Good organizational skills including but not limited to project planning time management and project management;
- Ability to drive projects across an organiszation.
