Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Albuquerque New Mexico
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information handle inquiries resolve complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service retail or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
