We are looking for an office Admin with the following experience
Good in Communication.
Managing office supplies and equipment.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Handling general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication including emails phone calls and letters.
Support various teams within the organization as needed.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Handle queries from managers and employees
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
