Job Description

Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled certified Quality Control Inspector one of its clients in Kansas City Missouri Our client 52 years of success is the result of our employees who have dedicated themselves to providing unmatched quality service and safety in aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul.

Position Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Kansas City Missouri
Contract Type: Full Time 12 Months (Leading to Permanent Position)

Job Overview: Ensure all maintenance actions including documentation are carried out in accordance with approved data in an airworthy manner. Additionally responsible for preliminary routine and inprocess inspections on aircraft and/or components to determine serviceability and airworthiness.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components in accordance with customer request cards or manufacturer s manuals.
  • Ensure documentation of maintenance performed is as required by FAR s Clients Repair Station Manual and customer s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program ( CAMP ).
  • Accomplish final buyback of maintenance performed.
  • Accomplish inprogress inspections including clearancetoclose torque verifications dimensional checks rigs etc.
  • As authorized by ATS and airlines perform returntoservice and airworthiness releases on serviceable tags aircraft logbooks and FAA form 337.
  • Perform audit of ATS facilities for FAR and safety regulation compliance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
  • F.A.A. Airframe and Power plant License required.
  • Ten years heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager s discretion.
  • NDI and previous QC experience highly desirable.
  • Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.


Previous Commercial MRO experience - Highly skilled Minimum of three (3) years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
