Leadership and Management Skills:

Showcase a proven ability to lead and manage crossfunctional engineering teams preferably in a mobile SaaS environment.

Set clear goals and objectives prioritize tasks effectively and manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and foster alignment across different teams.

Display excellent problemsolving skills analyzing complex technical challenges and formulating innovative solutions.
Exhibit sound judgment and decisionmaking capabilities especially in balancing technical considerations with business needs and resource limitations.

Project Management and Agile Methodologies:
