Job Description
Position : ManagerBlade O&M and Repair
Location : Sion Mumbai
Experience : More than 7 years experience
Qualification : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define blade maintenance strategy for Greenko Blade fleet.
- Daily/Weekly/monthly Publishing Dashboard with Management & Executive Blade Asset Summary.
- Technical responsible for more than 3000 blades from different manufacturers (SGRE Gamesa LM Tecsis Suzlon TPI etc.). Total Fleet capacity is more than 2.0 GW.
- Provide technical support to Greenkos wind plant managers across all over India Sites.
- Provide Blade failure rates based on historical damage data captured.
- Standardization of reporting for both inspection and repair reports
- Define inspection technique processes equipment and inspector training for composite structures
- Root Cause Analysis in blade Failures
- Qualify and follow up repair companies
- Define needs for yearly repair campaigns
- Develop specify and qualify new repair materials.
- Formulated CQMS Process of blade Repair third party Contractor Selection EHS and Quality management
- Handling Multilocated Blade Inspection and Supervisor teams for Blade Yearly campaigns.
