Detailed Job Description for GCP Network Consultant GCP/Core Network Firewall Load Balancing
- Ensure stable and reliable ISP network services (e.g. access products service networks and
- core network).
- Daytoday network performance monitoring.
- Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Trouble ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations.
- Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring analysis and reporting tools.
- Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes.
- Installation of network hardware and software.
- The Network Operations Engineer will offer Level 2 and Level 3 Network Support that includes operation and change management.
- The Engineer fulfils the request for Network Devices Firewalls Load balancing and Optimization.
- The professional will examine evaluate and monitor the incoming network change requests.
- Participate in a 24x7 callout as per ROTA.
What You will bring
- 5 years overall experience in multiple cloud environments
- Minimum 23 years Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience and in a clientfacing role.
- Ability to communicate effectively to business and technical stakeholders within the business for operational project and deployment activities have an appreciation of the risk associated with supporting a high profile network environment
