Role: HR Generalist
Location: Albuquerque New Mexico
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our clients team in Albuquerque NM:
Responsibilities:
- Manage fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Administer and oversee employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HRIS database.
- Collaborate with management to strategize and execute workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on labor laws regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- HR experience preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
