Your Role

We are hiring a motivated and goaloriented entry/junior level Recruiter to join our team in Pomona CA. This position will play a critical role in supporting our overall talent acquisition efforts in the life science sector. You will work closely with account and hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive effective recruitment strategies and engage with toptier talent foster relationships contributing to a positive candidate experience and effectively build strong talent pipelines.   • Support the endtoend recruitment process from defining job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively source identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks industry events partnerships with educational institutions and so on.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and interview candidates using innovative recruiting techniques including direct sourcing networking and referrals.
  • Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills qualifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Partner closely with internal account/hiring managers to understand their staffing needs establish recruitment strategies and provide guidance on the hiring process.
  • Anticipate future talent needs and proactively identify areas for recruitment to support business growth.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process including timely communication feedback and support.
  • Facilitate salary negotiations and the extension of offers ensuring alignment between candidates hiring managers.
  • Continuously gather feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders to improve the recruitment process and the quality of service provided.
  • Maintain recruitment activity tracker candidate pipeline tracker and provide weekly KPI reports/data to recruiting management.
  • Attend required meetings including weekly recruiting team meetings InTake meetings account update meetings etc.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Successful candidates will showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building and candidate engagement.
  • Goal driven with a gogetter attitude and a strong drive to learn.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.

Estimated Annual Salary (dependent on experience) $55000 $65000.
