We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the consulting world providing comprehensive HR services across multiple clients in various industries. Requirement: The candidate needs to be willing to come into the office Monday Friday 8 am 12 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR consultation to clients on various issues including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support client business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand HR requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Support clients in the execution of core HR processes such as onboarding offboarding and employee development.
- Manage client HR projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance across client organizations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR practices and policies.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR role; previous experience in HR consulting is advantageous but not required.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable to a fastpaced and evolving environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and initiative.

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SABPP) is a plus. Registered psychometrist (advantageous) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources consulting role. Strong understanding of HR functions, employment law, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in change management, organizational development, and employee training and wellness programs. Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
