We are looking to welcome a Talent Acquisition Executive with 3 years of experience in recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will play a pivotal role in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the Indian job market. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs develop recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The Executive will be an integral part of the team and an independent owner of all hiring across Nickelfox.
Here is a snapshot of the responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements for each role and create job descriptions that align with each position
- Identifying the best mediums/methods/sources/channels and not limited to the traditional job portals
- Utilize and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate progress.
- Identifying candidates by leveraging all tools Industry Networks Referencing LinkedIn and headhunting passive candidates
- Comprehensive Interviews with candidates to understand their profile career path growth trajectory motivators areas of development red flags if any ensuring an efficient prescreening process
- Preparing a shortlist of candidates and engaging with a relevant candidate pool
- Coordinate and scheduling interviews ensuring timely communication and a smooth process for candidates.
Requirements

- You have 3 years of overall experience in recruitment specifically in IT industry
- You have worked in IT Service and Consulting firms in a recruiting role
- You have strong communication and people skills (you will be speaking with candidates and senior leaders everyday)
- You are a midcareer professional who can hire mid/junior roles and navigate conversations with senior hires
- You re proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- You re proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- You can work well in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- You hold leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
