Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize your deep knowledge and experience in PowerApps or Dynamic CRM to design implement and optimize CRM solutions.
- Conduct indepth analysis of client problems and requirements working closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding.
- Translate client needs into clear and actionable business requirements for the development team.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Develop use cases user stories and other documentation to facilitate the development process.
- Ability to carry out requirement gathering sessions with the end client and establish Product backlog
- Should be experienced in writing Product Backlog and able to relate them to platform components
- Should have good knowledge on Model driven & Canvas Apps
- Need to have good knowledge on Power Automate PVA & other industry cloud solutions
- Deeply involved in the analyse & design phase of the project
- Should be able to create test cases and log results
- Provides supervision to the development team as needed
- Work with clients to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in PowerApps.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
