Real Estate Development Manager - Parsons

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join our team and support our client in overseeing a largescale development project. As the Development Manager you will serve as a trusted advisor to the client providing expert guidance and strategic direction to ensure the successful execution of the project from conception to delivery.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand project objectives vision and requirements aligning strategies with business goals and market dynamics.

• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive project management plans including timelines budgets resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee all phases of the development process ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Manage relationships with architects engineers contractors and other external stakeholders fostering effective communication collaboration and problemsolving.

• Monitor project progress milestones and key performance indicators implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track and within budget.

• Facilitate regular meetings presentations and status updates with the client and project team ensuring transparency accountability and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and executive summaries to communicate project status performance metrics and recommendations to client senior management and key stakeholders.

• Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members fostering their professional development and growth.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate development projects from inception to completion

• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients stakeholders and project team members.
  

What Desired Skills Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Construction Management Business Administration or related field;

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development or related fields with a focus on largescale commercial residential or mixeduse projects.
