Job Description
Ensure that machineries are functioning well. All machines are well calibrated.
Develop plans to ensure that the operation is running smoothly.
Customer Relation
Monitor of Sales Operation
Manages budgets.
Assists in the training of new & old employees
Develop other product line (electroplating related)
Collect and review date such as Production Output Sales & Collection
Attend customer s meetings.
Monitor maintenance department
Perform routine safety checks on equipment s.
Analyze date and create reports to the Top Management.
Identifying any rooms for improvement in the facilities to increase production.
Optimize the operation
