Executive - Finance

Objectives of this role

As an integral member of our organization the Executive Finance will support Head Finance and the finance team in daily tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities (but not restricted to)

Daily Accounting Activities : Cash / Bank financial accounting on a daily basis. includes voucher preparing / other finance related documentation.

Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable : Monitoring receivables and payables to optimize working capital.

Month End Financial Reporting Activities : Which includes Bank Reconciliation / daily cash book reconciliation / and any other requirements for financial close

GST / TDS : Mainly the applicant should have a basic knowledge of GST / TDS and the applicant should be able to do basic GST related checkings / workings

Financial Audit : we require the candidate to be involved in the various activities of year End financial audits

Required skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of postqualification work experience
• Good in excel
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
